ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONERS

ANPS are able to see and treat many conditions previously dealt with by a GP.   They generally manage acute and urgent presentations such as chest infections, abdominal pain, ear pain etc.  They do not deal with more complex longer term conditions or pregnancy related problems.  If you are unsure whether our problem would be appropriate for an ANP then you can discuss that with the admin or reception team who would be happy to help.
